While prioritizing contemporary issues in East Africa, the journal also invites insights into global developments that have direct or indirect implications for the continent. In light of the current situation in Ethiopia, the editorial team has chosen to emphasize contemporary issues in Ethiopia while upholding the journal's fundamental goals and broader scope.
