The Journal of Citizenship and Morality (JCM), published under the Department of Civics and Ethics at the College of Law and Governance, is pleased to announce an open call for manuscripts for its upcoming issue. As a biannual, peer-reviewed academic journal, JCM fosters scholarly discourse on citizenship, ethics, governance, and the moral dimensions of contemporary societal challenges.

The Journal of Citizenship and Morality (JCM), published under the Department of Civics and Ethics, Faculty of of Governance and peace Studies, Colloge of Social Sciences and Humanities, Mekelle University, is pleased to announce an open call for manuscripts for its upcoming issue. As a biannual, peer-reviewed academic journal, JCM fosters scholarly discourse on citizenship, ethics, governance, and the moral dimensions of contemporary societal challenges. It focuses on:
- Citizenship and its evolving definitions in a globalised world
- Morality and ethics in political, social, and economic systems
- Governance and civic responsibility in diverse cultural and political contexts
